Financial Service Agreement
This Financial Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions under which AHE Bank operates its financial services. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Offered
AHE Bank offers a range of financial services including but not limited to:
Commercial Banking
Asset Management
Financial Advisory Services
Foreign Exchange Services
Global Currency Transfers
All services provided are subject to the prevailing laws, regulations, and market conditions.
2. Currency Exchange and Rates
AHE Bank operates its bank account primarily in United States Dollars (USD). However, we facilitate transactions in various global currencies. Exchange rates applied to transactions are based on prevailing market rates at the time of transaction processing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients of AHE Bank agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information for all transactions and interactions with AHE Bank.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions.
Accept the risks associated with financial markets and currency fluctuations.
Use AHE Bank's services only for lawful purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
AHE Bank shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action.
5. Modifications to Agreement
AHE Bank reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Channel Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
